My Internet of Things project participating in the 2017 National Science and Engineering Fair. (My first Science fair!)

The concept

VenTemTec is an optimized alternative for the sale of products that reach the consumer society through vending machines based on the research, development and integration of concepts such as Internet of Things, Global Connectivity and Computational Models and Software Development.
It is a prototype that extends the possibility of predictively determining the demand for consumer products and that in turn could be a precursor to on-demand manufacturing, where the final consumer would determine in almost real time what factories have to produce.
Although this project is only experimental, the possibility of applying the developed concepts on a massive scale could revolutionize the consumer products industry. It is aimed at small and medium-sized companies that do not have the financial capacity to invest in a product delivery system.
The science fair
It was three days full of excitement and scientific dissemination. VenTemTec made its debut applying with Embedded Systems as a project area. It ranked 8th statewide. The difficult part, of course, was the programming, but I am very happy with the result.
Thanks to the team! Benjamín L. Flores and Luis A. Escalante as my teammates and Roberto Hernández Arellano, our advisor.
